Shipping Methods
Generally, the following shipping methods are available:

Our standard shipping time for most items is 5-7 full business days, as some items are custom-made. However, we always strive to optimize carrier selection to ensure that your package arrives in the shortest possible time frame. This means that in some cases, we may use priority mail or other expedited methods if we believe they will arrive faster without incurring significant additional shipping costs. Please note that this shipping method also applies to freight delivery for heavy-weight or oversized items.

 

Ground:
Normally, they ship within 5-7 full business days as some items are custom-made. Standard FedEx residential ground.

 

Hawaii/Alaska/Canada.
5-7 business days. FedEx ground.

 

Other International, or U.S. Territories, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Please allow 4-21 business days for delivery, depending on the available carriers. Please note that delivery to certain regions overseas may not be possible. If we are unable to deliver your order, we reserve the right to cancel it. However, we will notify you immediately if this is the case, so that you don't have to worry about any uncertainty.

Attention International Buyers:
During import entry into the destination country, any customs, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees demanded by the carrier must be paid by the recipient of goods, not the shipper.

 

Exceptions:
Please note that the delivery time mentioned above is just an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time. While we always strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible, sometimes there may be factors outside our control that could cause unexpected delays, such as backorders from the manufacturer or shipping carrier delays or failures. In such cases, we cannot be held liable for the consequences caused by the delay. Nevertheless, we understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we will always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, and we don't operate on federal holidays within the United States. When it comes to shipping, the cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order. If you purchase multiple items in a single order, you may receive a discount on shipping costs, which will be reflected in your total shipping and handling costs. During the checkout process, we will provide you with the exact shipping cost for your order.

 

Most items are sold by www.Teambarstools.com with a standard manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.

 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling cost. Return items are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Under special circumstances the restocking fee may be waived.

 

The item must be returned in reasonable condition, in original boxes only, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure proper credit. After 30 days, the standard return does not apply.

 

All customers need to contact us by email at TeamSportsCovers.j@gmail.com first to obtain a return authorization. This is because the return address can vary with different products and instructions need to be followed to provide correct documentation for a proper refund. If a return is made without any authorization or at least some communication, we reserve our right to refuse it or send it back to the sender at the sender's expense. In most cases, our experience is that some return requests are a result of simple misunderstandings and can be resolved without physically shipping an item back and forth.

Damaged, Defective Items, or Shipment in Error or Shortage
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please get in touch with us at tirecoversplus@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide us with your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation email, along with your email address and phone number. We will do our best to replace the item as quickly as possible. If the damage is our fault, we will cover all shipping charges and replacement costs.

Return Policy for Game Tables:
Holland Bar Stool Co. is committed to providing high-quality products. In the unlikely event that an item is found to have manufacturing defects or errors caused by the company, it will be replaced. However, any claims regarding freight damage or incorrect shipments must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. It is important to inspect the product upon receipt to ensure its quality. Failure to report any issues within the specified time frame may result in denial of the claim at the discretion of Holland Bar Stool Co. If you encounter any problems, please contact Customer Service immediately. The company will send out replacement parts and issue a call tag for the return of defective parts. Please note that for non-warranty issues, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for the return of any product, including customer ordering errors. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the company.
