Shipping Methods
Generally, the following shipping methods are available:

Our standard shipping time for most items is 7-10 full business days, as some items are custom-made. However, we always aim to choose the best carrier to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. This means that, in some cases, we might use priority mail or other expedited methods if we believe they will deliver faster without adding significant extra costs. Please note that this shipping approach also applies to freight delivery for heavy or oversized items.

 

Ground:
Normally, they ship within 7-10 full business days, as some items are custom-made—Standard FedEx residential ground.

 

Hawaii/Alaska/Canada.
7-10 business days. FedEx Ground.

 

Other International or US Territories, including the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Please allow 4-21 business days for delivery, depending on the available carriers. Please note that delivery to certain regions overseas may not be possible. If we are unable to deliver your order, we reserve the right to cancel it. However, we will notify you immediately if this is the case, so that you don't have to worry about any uncertainty.

Attention International Buyers:
During import entry into the destination country, any customs, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees demanded by the carrier must be paid by the recipient of goods, not the shipper.

Please note that the delivery time mentioned above is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. While we always aim to deliver your order promptly, factors outside our control, such as manufacturer backorders or delays by shipping carriers, can cause unexpected delays. In such cases, we are not liable for any consequences resulting from the delay. Nonetheless, we understand how important timely delivery is, and we will always do our best to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

 

Conventional Wisdom on Shipping
Our business days are Monday through Friday, and we do not operate on federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. If you purchase multiple items in a single order, you may qualify for a discount on shipping, which will be reflected in your total shipping and handling fee. During checkout, we will provide you with the exact shipping cost for your order.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling costs. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In special cases, the restocking fee may be waived.

 

The item must be returned in reasonable condition, in original boxes only, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure proper credit. After 30 days, the standard return does not apply.

 

All customers must contact us via email at Tirecoversplus@gmail.com before returning any item to obtain a return authorization. This is because the return address can vary depending on the product, and specific instructions must be followed to ensure proper documentation for a refund. If a return is made without authorization or adequate communication, we reserve the right to refuse it or return it to the sender at the sender's expense. In most cases, our experience indicates that some return requests result from simple misunderstandings and can be resolved without physically shipping items back and forth.

Damaged, Defective Items, or Shipment in Error or Shortage
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at tirecoversplus@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation email, along with your email address and phone number. We will do our best to replace the item quickly. If the damage is our fault, we will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

Return Policy for Game Tables:
Team Bar Stools is committed to providing high-quality products. If you find an item has manufacturing defects or errors caused by the company, it will be replaced. Please note that claims for freight damage or incorrect shipments must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. It’s important to inspect the item upon receipt to confirm its condition. Failure to report any issues within the specified time may result in the denial of your claim at the discretion of Holland Bar Stool Co.

 

If you encounter any problems, please contact Customer Service immediately. The company will send replacement parts and provide a call tag for returning defective items. Keep in mind that for non-warranty issues, a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned products, including those returned due to customer errors. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the company.
